Delete your
Omnelo account.

You can request deletion of your Omnelo account and associated personal learning data at any time, even if you no longer have the app installed.

Fastest: delete it yourself

If you can still sign in, you don’t need to wait for us. Open Settings in the app or on the web, scroll to Delete account, and confirm. The account and its data are erased from our live systems right away; copies in encrypted backups clear through the normal backup cycle described below.

Submitting this form does not immediately delete an account. We verify ownership first to protect you from unauthorized requests.

    Submit your registered email

    Use the request form above. If it is unavailable, email privacy@omnelo.app from your registered address.

    Complete identity verification

    We may ask for limited account information to make sure another person is not trying to delete your account.

    Receive confirmation

    We will process a verified request without undue delay and confirm completion, or explain any information that must temporarily be retained for security, financial recordkeeping, or another legal obligation.

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent. Export anything you want to keep before submitting the request. If you have a store subscription, cancel it separately in Google Play or Apple account settings to stop future renewals.
